Terblanche is an accomplished attorney specializing in High Court litigation, with extensive experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes across various sectors including renewable energy, banking, insurance, property, and construction. He holds a Master’s Degree in Import and Export Law and brings over a decade of experience in legal practice.
As a former Partner at Cox Yeats Attorneys and Senior Associate at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Inc, He has successfully handled hundreds of cases involving secured and unsecured debt recoveries, insolvency and business rescue, contractual disputes, insurance litigation, and property litigation. His expertise in commercial law provides Braystone clients with sophisticated legal guidance integrated with strategic business consulting.

Adriaan, Ian van den Berg, Co-Founder & Strategic Director
Van den Berg is a marketing and technology expert actively engaged in both the renewable energy sector and the IT industry. His professional journey began in South Africa, where he pursued a career in law and earned a Master’s degree in Import and Export Law before transitioning to marketing with his professional experiences in Poland since 2012.
He is particularly focused on the intersection of renewable energy and emerging technologies, helping clients identify innovative approaches to traditional business challenges. His mandate from a major Asian MarTech conglomerate to identify potential acquisitions and his work with multiple tech companies in Poland to raise capital and find strategic partnerships give him a solid background in acting both on buy and sell side as representative and strategic advisor.
Van den Berg is also the co-host of unComplex, a podcast he launched with Swiss colleague Lionel Pastor. The show cuts through the hype surrounding modern business and technology trends, offering actionable insights on topics like nearshoring, emerging tech hubs, and innovation strategies.
